The Government of Sierra Leone (GoSL) announced the creation of a National Commission on Environment and Forestry (NaCEF) through Cabinet Conclusion CP 17 (2005) 28, of 20th July, 2005. NaCEF is an Executive and Policy Advisory Institution under the supervision of the Office of the President.
